PLEASE ENTER IN ADVANCE
     This avoids long queues, delays and possible errors on the day - and it is cheaper
     If you live near Crewkerne, you will be able to enter in person on Saturdays 17th, 24th and 31st May
     in Falkland Square, where you can collect your number and Race Information.

 

ON RACE DAY – LATE ENTRIES / COLLECTION OF NUMBERS (Pre-entered) / TEAM ENTRIES / ENQUIRIES:
    
Town Hall (upstairs), Market Square, Crewkerne (open from 8.00am)

SENIOR TEAM ENTRIES: Age 16 and over
      AFFILIATED CLUBS: Declaration not required. 1st 4 men or 3 ladies count.
      NON-AFFILIATED (CLOSED) CLUBS          4 men or 3 ladies
         Teams must be declared on a Team Entry Form by 9.30am on Race Day.
         Forms are available from the Enquiry Desk on the day or in advance by request.

JUNIOR TEAM ENTRIES:
      BOYS
:  Teams of 4       GIRLS: Teams of 3
      Age     (Boys & Girls) 13 - 15
         Junior Teams must be declared on a Team Entry Form by 9.30am on Race Day.
         Forms are available from the Enquiry Desk on the day or in advance by request.

LATE AND CHANGED ENTRIES
Late entries can be accepted on the day subject to the conditions printed on the Entry Form. (£1 EXTRA - except for Juniors under 16 yrs.)
If you wish to change between the long & short courses YOU MUST RE-ENTER, returning your original number. No entry fee paid will be refunded, but it will be credited against a higher fee due.

RACE NUMBERS:
     
9 mile Senior Race             - Black numbers on white 
     3m Junior Race / Fun Run & Walk – Black numbers on red band
If you have pre-entered, but do not yet have your race number, probably because you did not include a stamped, addressed envelope with your entry, collect from the entries desk on the day.
Numbers must not be folded or mutilated, must be clearly visible and worn on the FRONT of your running vest throughout the event. Safety pins available from the Enquiry Desk. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LOOSE OR DETACH THE TAG ON YOUR RACE NUMBER UNTIL IT IS REMOVED BY STEWARDS AT THE FINISH.

CAR PARKING:
There are ample public car parks (free on Sundays) signposted in the town. No parking in The Square or town centre streets.

CHANGING FACILITIES:
Changing facilities (no showers), toilets and room to leave kit will be available in the Town Hall. Kit is left at owner’s risk.
